1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Course Purchases:
    Refunds are available for courses within 7 days of purchase, provided the following criteria are met:
    • Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
    • No course completion certificate has been issued.
  • Non-Refundable Situations:
    Refunds are not provided for:
    • Discounted or promotional courses.
    • Subscription-based services once the subscription period has started.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

3. Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds may not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Excessive Use:
    If you have accessed more than 20% of the course material or downloaded any course resources, we may deny your refund request.

  • Course Bundles:
    Courses purchased as part of a bundle may not be eligible for individual refunds unless the entire bundle is returned and complies with the standard refund policy.

  • Technical Issues:
    If you face technical issues accessing the course, please contact our support team immediately at deepakex@gmail.com. We will make every effort to resolve the issue. Refunds will not be issued for temporary technical problems that are resolved promptly.


4. Digital Products & Downloads

As our courses are digital products, all sales are considered final once course materials are accessed or downloaded, except as outlined in the refund eligibility criteria.


5. Subscription Services

For any subscription-based services offered by DKDigitalWorkSpace:

  • Cancellation Policy:
    You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your subscription period.

  • Automatic Renewals:
    Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the term. You may cancel automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.


6. Refund for Payment Errors

If a payment error occurs, such as double charging or incorrect billing, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if validated, process a full refund for the overcharged amount.
